By signing up for Voly or using the site, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

What Voly is

Voly is an email alert service. Voly does not sell tickets and is not a travel agency: you book on the seller's site, under its terms. The transport contract is between you and the seller or carrier, never with Voly.

Prices and availability

Every price is verified live before sending, but airfares change at any time and may no longer be available when you click. The price shown at booking time prevails. Amounts converted into your currency are approximate. Deals are guidance, not offers from Voly.

Affiliate links

Some booking links are affiliate links: if you book, Voly may earn a commission from the seller, at no extra cost to you. This changes neither the displayed price nor which deals we choose.

Signup and emails

You must provide an address that is yours and confirm your signup. You can unsubscribe at any time, in one click, from any email. The free plan includes alerts for one airport; it is offered as is and may change.

Premium plan

Premium is an annual subscription billed by Stripe and renewed automatically until cancelled. The price and currency are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time from the management portal reached through the management link in your emails; cancelling stops the renewal. Payments are subject to Stripe's terms.

Acceptable use

Voly's content is for personal use. Automated scraping of the site, resale or republication of alerts, and any attempt to disrupt the service are prohibited. The Voly name, logo, texts and layout are protected; sellers' and carriers' marks belong to their owners.

Liability

Voly provides the service with care, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a deal is still available. To the extent permitted by law, Voly is not liable for booking decisions, price or schedule changes, or services provided by sellers and carriers. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you, including those of Quebec consumers.

End of service and suspension

You can stop using Voly at any time. We may suspend access in case of abuse, and change or discontinue the service, with reasonable notice for current Premium subscriptions.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for any significant change we notify you by email.
